announce the newest addition to the Phelps'
family, Lillian Mei. She surprised us by coming
over 3 weeks early! Our family which for the
last 34 years has produced boys, 2 sons and 2
grandsons (which I adore) was thought to be not
capable of having girls. But, Bryan and Kristina
surprised us all with adorable Lillian so we
